Report on the Horizontal Infrastructure Governance Group to the Minister supporting Greater Christchurch Regeneration and the Mayor of Christchurch City Council

The Horizontal Infrastructure Governance Group (HIGG) report was prepared for the Minister supporting Greater Christchurch Regeneration and the Christchurch City Council, as a part of the completion of the horizontal infrastructure programme.
The report identifies key learnings from the horizontal infrastructure governance arrangements for the three public entities – Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet from March 2016), New Zealand Transport Agency and the Christchurch City Council.
